Guestrooms

1. Cancellation of a block booking with or withouth event up to 10 room nights / day:

If your reservation counts more than 50 room nights in total, the entire room block (e.g. 10 rooms for 5 night = 50 room nights) will be counted and will be subject to cancellation overview 3.

 

2. Cancellation of a block booking with or without event for 11 - 25 room nights / day:

3. Cancellation of a block booking with or without event for more than 25 room nights / day:

Working days before the event % of requested service can be released free of charge

From 3 0 (100% cancellation fee applies)

1) Charges apply only if occupancy is not guaranteed by another event during the same period.
2) Includes the cancellation of an entire block booking or that of individual guestrooms out of a block booking.

General information:
If the cancellation is justified because you change the location internally for organizational reasons, the costs will still be incurred.
